The Consultant
Maitha Almansoori is a marketing and communications leader with over 20 years of experience across government and social development sectors in the United Arab Emirates.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication (Public Relations) from UAE University, as well as a Master’s degree in Marketing, Management, Communication, and Media from Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi.
She founded Rika Consultancy, a platform designed to support ambitious women by helping them strengthen their ideas, structure their steps, and move forward with clarity in launching or developing their ventures.
Previously, she held senior leadership roles at the Zayed Higher Organization for People of Determination and the Family Development Foundation.
Alongside her professional work, she has participated in executive programs in government communication, including programs delivered in collaboration with the Ministry of Cabinet Affairs, the American University of Sharjah, and the University of Oxford in the United Kingdom.
In addition, she is a graduate of the fourth cohort of the Impactful Leaders Program under the Mohammed bin Rashid Center for Leadership Development (MBRCLD), focused on preparing Emirati talent for future leadership roles through international and local training experiences.
She is also a co-founder of the “Don’t Let Me Down” campaign, dedicated to supporting People of Determination, and is recognized for her impactful leadership, strategic thinking, and contribution to meaningful public communication.
