Maitha Al Mansouri is a marketing leader and communication expert with extensive experience across government and social development sectors in the UAE. She is the founder of Rika Consultancy, where she offers clear strategic advisory services to empower ambitious women, including People of Determination, in strengthening their public presence.

Maitha holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication (Public Relations) from UAE University and a Master’s degree in Marketing, Management, Communication, and Media from Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi. She has also completed advanced executive programs in government communications through the Ministry of Cabinet Affairs at the American University of Sharjah, and the Blavatnik School of Government at the University of Oxford in the United Kingdom.

In addition, Maitha is a graduate of the fourth batch of the Impactful Leaders Program under the Mohammed bin Rashid Center for Leadership Development (MBRCLD), which focuses on developing Emirati talent for future-ready leadership roles through mentorship, global, and local training.

Previously, she held senior leadership roles at the Zayed Higher Organization for People of Determination and the Family Development Foundation.

Maitha is also a co-founder of the “Don’t Let Me Down” campaign dedicated to People of Determination and is recognized for her strategic thinking, leadership, and commitment to impactful public communication.
